Pam\u011btn\u00edci v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee v tomto m\u00edst\u011b kdysi st\u00e1val kbelsk\u00fd pivovar. Ten v roce 1758 nechal ve Kbel\u00edch nad rybn\u00edkem postavit hrab\u011b Prokop Vojt\u011bch \u010cern\u00edn. A v dob\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sl\u00e1vy m\u011bl pivovar rekordn\u00ed v\u00fdstav 11 800 hl. piva. \u010cern\u00ednov\u00e9 provozovali pivovar do roku 1923 a jejich posledn\u00edm sl\u00e1dkem byl pan Josef Barborka. A odtud asi poch\u00e1z\u00ed i samotn\u00fd n\u00e1zev studny.<br>V t\u00e9m\u017ee roce pak z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 pivovar nov\u00fd majitel a je p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1n na Dru\u017estevn\u00ed pivovar Kbely u Prahy. Pivovar byl v provozu do roku 1930. V roce 1931 byla v pivovaru povolena st\u00e1\u010d\u00edrna piva. V \u00fanoru roku 1941 koupila obec od stavebn\u00edho a pivovarsk\u00e9ho dru\u017estva v Praze pozemky rybn\u00edka i s pivovarem a strojovnou. V roce 1944 slou\u017eily pivovarsk\u00e9 sklepy jako protileteck\u00fd kryt. Ve dvo\u0159e pivovaru fungovala tak\u00e9 obecn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159adovna a to a\u017e do roku 1947, kdy byla otev\u0159ena nov\u00e1 budova tehdej\u0161\u00edho n\u00e1rodn\u00edho v\u00fdboru, dne\u0161n\u00ed radnice.<br>Va\u0159en\u00ed piva ani st\u00e1\u010d\u00edrna se v pivovaru ji\u017e nikdy neobnovilo, ten postupn\u011b ch\u00e1tral a v roce 1965 do\u0161lo k jeho demolici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">A po mnoha letech p\u0159i\u0161la my\u0161lenka a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i n\u00e1vrh na obnovu alespo\u0148 nepatrn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u00e9to historie.<br>Zde p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme \u010dasov\u00fd pr\u016f\u0159ez samotn\u00e9 renovace pivovarsk\u00e9 studny zvan\u00e9 \u201eBarborka\u201c, pojmenovan\u00e9 tedy nejsp\u00ed\u0161e po posledn\u00edm sl\u00e1dkovi pivovaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Slavnostn\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00ed prob\u011bhlo o Velikono\u010dn\u00edm jarmarku dne 24. 3. 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jist\u011b si \u0159ada z v\u00e1s pov\u0161imla ter\u00e9nn\u00edch a stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed ve svahu u rybn\u00edka.
